Spray Foam Magazine’s 2026 Late Summer Issue is LIVE

SPRAY FOAM MAGAZINE – Recognition, innovation, and giving back take center stage in the newest issue.

Spray Foam Magazine is proud to announce the release of its highly anticipated Late Summer 2026 Issue, brought to you by NCFI Polyurethanes, available in print, digital, and app editions.

This issue’s cover story is one of them. It highlights an important milestone for both NCFI and the spray foam industry. "Scholarly Spraying" explores how the determination of a longtime contractor helped earn NCFI a place on Harvard University’s sustainability list.

Recognition like this doesn’t happen overnight. It is built by manufacturers continually improving formulations, contractors committed to proper installation, educators raising the industry’s knowledge base, and organizations working to strengthen standards and best practices. Every quality installation contributes to the reputation we all share.

That theme of progress carries throughout this issue.

You’ll read about how certification, professionalism, and transparency are helping strengthen trust in our industry, alongside advancements in air sealing and projects that showcase what can be accomplished when craftsmanship meets technology. You’ll also find practical articles on code compliance, documentation, and the importance of maintaining the highest ethical standards in our work. Together, they reinforce an important message: as our industry gains greater recognition, our responsibility grows with it.

One theme in this issue that particularly resonated with me was giving back. In Let’s Talk, "Foaming for the Greater Good," we sat down with Todd Bolton, cofounder of Change the World One Set of Foam at a Time. While we often focus on equipment, chemistry, and building science, this volunteer initiative reminds us that our greatest resource has always been the people behind it all. That same spirit is reflected in our Community feature, "Burn Brighter," where Superior Spray Foam Systems donated foam and paint to help bring the Coal Creek Miners Museum’s new exhibit to life, preserving an important piece of mining history for future generations. Stories like these remind us that while success is often measured by projects completed, our greatest impact is found in the people and communities we help support. Across the country, contractors and suppliers continue to share their time, expertise, and resources to make a difference, proving that this industry is built on more than business, it is built on relationships, generosity, and a commitment to giving back.

As we move into the latter half of the year, I’m encouraged by where our industry is headed. We’re seeing greater innovation, stronger collaboration, increased professionalism, and recognition that extends well beyond our own community. Those accomplishments belong to everyone who chooses to do the job the right way.

Thank you to our contributors, advertisers, and readers for continuing to make Spray Foam Magazine a place where our industry can learn, grow, and celebrate its successes together.
