SEI Group LLC has acquired Greenhome Specialties, Inc., a Utah-based installer of fiberglass, spray foam and other insulation products. The acquisition marks SEI’s entry into Utah and expands its footprint to 45 branches across 14 states. Greenhome owner Kyle Tolman will remain president. Financial terms were not disclosed. read more
