Spray Foam Magazine's 2025 Fall Issue is LIVE!
SPRAY FOAM MAGAZINE – Spray Foam Magazine’s Fall, 2025 Issue brought to you by Elastochem. Canada's diversity is what makes it truly remarkable, from the people who live there to its breathtaking landscapes. In our Fall Issue, we highlight some of our Canadian friends. Not only do we admire the incredible work being done in the spray foam industry, but we also appreciate the inspiring projects and stories that emerge from the "Land of the Maple Leaf."
This issue is packed with sweetness, starting with a dedicated SPF contractor who took his skills to new heights by completing an impressive 6,500 sq. ft. two-story single-family home with Elastochem Insulthane Extreme foam in the picturesque Prince Edward Island, Canada.
The Spray Foam Magazine team then visited Jarrett Bay Boatworks who needed a solution to reduce the vibration and noise felt onboard their luxury sportfishing yachts. Previously using batt insulation, they found it inadequate for temperature control and nearly useless for vibration control. They were in search of a better solution and discovered SPF.
We then traveled to a remote Maine island where two structures required SPF insulation. This project presented exciting challenges, as it involved a DIY spray rig, traveling as light as possible, and transporting everything via barge, all while battling the elements. It was a true test of skill and perseverance.
Also in this issue, we explore how Geo foam restored the structural integrity of a Florida seawall. We spotlight BAWoSF member Denise Frakes, who continues to prove there’s nothing she can’t master, and we introduce a Manitoba, Canada “Foamily” who traded in fields and silos for slab-jacking and SPF.
