SprayWorks Equipment Group Introduces ‘SPF Series’ Turnkey Mobile Spray Foam Rig

HARTVILLE, OH–February 13, 2013–SprayWorks Equipment Group has introduced two new turnkey mobile spray foam rigs, both available for less than the cost of most used SPF rigs. The SPF Series spray foam rigs are among the most diverse, reliable, and affordable mobile rigs available in the industry today.

"The SPF Series combines power, peak performance, durability, and versatility," said Dave Penta, SprayWorks' Vice President of Sales.

Fully insulated with closed-cell foam and a bright white interior, the SPF Series has two models: the SPF-16, a 16 ft. tag-along unit, and the SPF-12V, a 12 ft. V-nose unit. Both models sport a game-changing hydraulic spray foam machine from PMC, the PH-20 Classic Series.

The PH-20 spray foam machine is engineered with an open-frame design and relay logic control technology, making it easy to access and identify all major components. The PH-20 combines the outstanding benefits of a powerful hydraulic system with a uniquely designed vertical proportioning pump line. This combination consumes less energy when compared to other types of spray foam insulation equipment.

Individual hybrid A-side & B-side preheaters allow for total independent temperature control of the material, giving end users the flexibility to fine-tune the spray foam manufacturing process. The stroke cycle counters can track product yield at the same time, which eliminates the continuous need to monitor material levels during an application. The PH-20 also gives SprayWorks more flexibility when laying out the interior of the SPF Series.

"The PH-20 allows us to have versatile trailer configurations for equipment like the generator and compressor," said Penta.

Also aboard the SPF Series is PMC's AP-2 spray gun. The AP-2 combines rapid trigger response, immediate spray pattern development, and superior atomization, while at the same providing the spray mechanic a choice to change spray tip and size without disassembly of the spray gun.

The introduction of the SPF Series coincides with the debut of the PH-20 at the 2013 SPFA Convention & Expo in Jacksonville, Florida. Attendees can visit SprayWorks in booth 712 for more information.
