New Spray Foam Equipment and Polyurea Spray Equipment from 21st JMT, Inc.

July 2008 - White River Junction, Vermont - 21st JMT, Inc., manufacturer of equipment for polyurethane foams, polyurea coatings and other plural-component materials, is proud to introduce their growing line of spray foam equipment.

21st JMT, Inc. currently offers both pneumatic (air)-driven and hydraulic-driven metering units–designed to be used in a wide variety of insulation, roofing and coatings applications. These versatile product lines can be customized with a choice of pump sizes and primary heater wattages, to meet most every output and service requirement.

Although 21st JMT, Inc. is a relatively new player in the foam and coating equipment arena, their President, Tim Shocksnider has over three decades of experience in the design, engineering and manufacturing of plural component spray and pour equipment.  Shocksnider held various engineering positions at Gusmer Corporation for 13 years and he was with Liquid Control Corporation for eight years, previous to Gusmer.

As Engineering Manager at Gusmer Corporation, Tim originated and developed many innovative new products.  He was actively involved in the design and upgrading of in-plant molding equipment, PLC software programs, and many of their industry leading spray guns.

Over 30 years of engineering experience at 21st JMT, Inc. brings many equipment improvements and needed services to the foam and coatings equipment marketplace.  “For extended periods between maintenance,  21st JMT, Inc. machines feature improved pump seals, heavy-duty drive cylinders and superior performing primary heaters that are in the patenting process,” claims Shocksnider.

With the longest stroke, in the industry, their double acting proportioning pumps have fewer reverses, resulting in a much longer pump life. To insure perfect alignment, the pumps are locked together with a linear rail and runner block; a first in the industry.

The primary heaters, including the heater cores, are made from aluminum. This new technology allows for increased dwell time in the heater, giving superior temperature control.

Our hose heat system incorporates a 5400VA isolation transformer with multiple taps on the secondary side allowing for a wide selection of hose connections.

Most of their machines are offered as a single unit or a series of modular components that can be located to best suit the customer's needs such as in a mobile spray rig or in-plant pouring application.

21st JMT also offers wide range of Legacy parts for older discontinued Gusmer equipment and can reverse engineer virtually any part for customers that still have good working and operational equipment that has been discontinued by the other spray equipment manufacturers.
