Bob Jutras Voted Spray Foam Industry's Customer Service Rep of the Year

Bob Jutras (Intech Equipment and Supply, Phoenix, AZ) was determined by online voters at Sprayfoam.com to provide the best customer service in the country. Mason Knowles Consulting and Sprayfoam.com sponsored the competition. According to Mason Knowles, “the idea is to recognize and reward those dedicated individuals who go out of their way to provide technical help and assistance to their clients that made their business more prosperous and efficient.

Five candidates were selected from a pool of nominees identified by Sprayfoam.com forum readers. (George Spanos, Bob Jutras, Norman Naylon, Barry Culp and Lorena Polazzi) Rules were simple; the award is open to any person who has provided exceptional customer service that makes the life as a contractor better. This can be the equipment guy to the sales rep to the folks in the office or the warehouse. Anything from getting your spray rig working again to getting a code official to accept your material.”

After two weeks of online voting and over 370 votes cast, Bob Jutras was running neck and neck with George Spanos of Sprayfoam Distributors of New England, with Lorena Polazzi of Bay Systems a very close third. In the final 3 days of voting, Bob pulled ahead to claim the award.
