Spray Foam Systems Rolls out a Full Line of New Spray Foam Rigs for Summer 2012

GREENSBORO, GA – May 24, 2012- Spray Foam Systems, LLC is announcing the release of its ProPak 300i featuring the Graco E-30i Reactor, and its ProPak 200SL featuring the Graco E-20 Reactor.

These new units were put together with the contractor in mind and designed to make spraying foam simple and easy.  The ProPak 300i uses the all-new Graco E-30i Integrated Reactor. This integrated pallet-design unit, with industry leading technology, can help cut fuel costs.

“When Graco designed the E30i, they had the idea of making a complete stand alone unit, hooked up and ready to go, that could be put in a trailer or used on a job site,” said T.J. Peters, general manager at Spray Foam Systems.

The design of the E-30i, on a single pallet with the Reactor and generator, provides the option of adding an air compressor, or air dyer system, to the pallet if desired.

“We took that system and made it more portable than it already was,” said Peters, in regards to the ProPak 300i. “It is designed to be taken out of a trailer, if needed, through barn-style doors on the drivers side.  If you can’t reach your spray site with a trailer, you can just take the system out.  It’s really versatile.”

The all-in-one system of the Graco E-30i Reactor made the portable ProPak 300i possible.

The standard size unit for the ProPak 300i is a 16-foot trailer, and Spray Foam Systems has also released its Box Truck Series of the Rig. “Contractors using the ProPak 300i will save fuel due to the rigs small carbon footprint,” said Peters. “The units size also makes it easier for the contractor to maneuver in tighter areas.”

The ProPak 200SL series, featuring the Graco E-20 Reactor, is an entry-level, turnkey, mobile spray rig for contractors.  “We are getting great feedback from the units already in the field,” said Peters. “Contractors love the design.”  The slide-out compartment for the generator and compressor provides a quick and efficient way to get the rig started and packed up.

The ProPak 200SL’s main feature is the ability to “slide” your generator and air compressor out of the side of the rig, rather than rolling them out or leaving them in the trailer.  This keeps your equipment safe on the job, and keeps your rig free of heat and fume build-ups.

“The ProPak 200SL is a good entry-level rig,” said Peters. “It is easy and simple to use, and provides the contractor with a dependable rig at an affordable price.”

Both ProPak rigs are available now and can be ordered immediately. For more information, or to contact Spray Foam Systems, please see the information below.
