Premium Canada Expands Lead Generation for Customers and Adds Training Dates

 

REGINA, SASKATCHEWAN, CANADA - January 16, 2011 - Recent developments by Premium Spray Products Canada only serve to reinforce the company’s established commitment to quality service for their customer base.

First, Premium Canada recently enhanced their web of lead generation networks by adding 11 new city-specific sites in addition to the 14 province-based networks they have had since last year. The sites were granted exclusively to Premium Canada from Spray Foam Local. 

“It’s a way to add extra value for our customers,” said Darren Watson, CEO of Premium Spray Products Canada. “You can provide great service and great materials, but if you can provide a little extra on the marketing side, customers appreciate that as well.”

Whenever an interested party fills out a form on one of the region-specific Web sites, or makes a phone call to a trackable number seeking information, customer service representatives for Premium Canada make note of the lead and pass it along to a geographically appropriate contractor. 

“One of the most important things in business is that value needs to be created for everyone involved, from customer to contractor to manufacturer," said Watson, "and this is one of the ways in which we help out end user consumers and contractors.

Premium Canada will also be holding a host of training dates in the upcoming months, where they will offer CCMC training sessions with in-depth, hands-on experience. 

Dates for training are as follows:

  • March 6-8 in Atlanta, GA, USA
  • May 16-18 in Regina Saskatchewan 
  • June 6-8 in Mississauga, Ontario

The training event in Atlanta is designed to give Canada-based contractors the opportunity to visit Premium’s main production center. 

“A lot of contractors have never been through a manufacturing plant, and would be interested in the process,” said Watson. “Now they get a chance to see how it’s all done.”

Watson said the state-of-the-art training facility-- and temperate weather-- are also major selling points for the Atlanta training program. 

“It’s definitely worth showing off. It’s a great source of pride for us,” he said.
