Premier Professional Development Programs Stand Out at #PolyCon18

One of the key features that distinguishes the 61st Polyurethanes Technical Conference from other industry events is our Professional Development Program (PDP). Industry newcomers and seasoned polyurethane professionals alike have the opportunity to access these exclusive educational and training courses.
 
The 104 series provides an overview of the CASE market trends, offering context to the evolving polyurethanes industry. PU 104A will provide a CASE market overview and explore market trends including technology drivers and advantages and disadvantages to different chemistries. This session will examine the formulation science behind these products and testing methods used. PU 104B will explore the fundamentals of polyurethane elastomers and coatings. This course will provide deep-dives into trends, applications, and technologies used in the coatings and elastomers markets. PU 105 will survey the polyurethane processing equipment for metering machines, mixing heads and electrical control and plant design.

In its 15th year, the Polyurethane Professional Development Program (PDP) provides education and training for the global polyurethanes industry. Participants choose from a variety of seminars that run concurrently with the 2018 Polyurethanes Technical Conference. Participants registering for the PDP receive every course's training materials and are welcome to sit in on any topic of interest. Whether attending one or more courses, the PDP tuition is a flat fee of $250 – in addition to the regular conference registration fee – and includes all course materials.
