IDI Acquires Foam Stop, Expanding Spray Foam Distribution in Southern Indiana
CHANHASSEN, MN — August 24, 2026 — IDI has announced the acquisition of Foam Stop, a spray foam distributor serving Southern Indiana, and the addition of owner Chris Camenisch to the IDI team.
The acquisition brings Foam Stop into the IDI family while adding Camenisch’s years of spray foam industry experience to the company.
Camenisch brings a passion for spray foam and a hands-on approach to working with contractors. His experience includes helping contractors troubleshoot challenges in the field and supporting their success on the jobsite.
IDI said it is excited to welcome Camenisch and Foam Stop to the team and looks forward to what lies ahead.
