OAK RIDGE, TENNESSEE — August, 7, 2026 — Dear RICOWI Members and Industry Colleagues, Registration is now open for the RICOWI Fall 2026 Seminar & Meetings, taking place November 3–4, 2026, at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
Join roofing industry professionals, researchers, manufacturers, consultants, insurers, and code officials for two days of collaboration, technical education, and networking focused on the latest weather-related roofing research and industry developments.

In addition to RICOWI's committee meetings and membership activities, this year's program includes:

Important Registration Deadlines for ORNL Access
Because this event includes a tour of Oak Ridge National Laboratory, all attendees must complete security processing in advance.
- Foreign Nationals: Please register no later than August 28, 2026, to allow sufficient time for ORNL security review and approval.
- U.S. Citizens: Please register no later than October 2, 2026, to ensure your information can be submitted for required site access processing.
Attendees who register after these deadlines may still attend the seminar and meetings but cannot be guaranteed access to the ORNL tour.
