Frank Sica is Voted Spray Foam Customer Service Rep of the Year

LAKEWOOD, NJ - May 1, 2011 - Frank Sica is voted as the 2011 winner of The Mason Knowles Spray Foam Technical Service Award.

Frank Sica (Polyurethane Machinery Corp [PMC], Lakewood, New Jersey) was determined by online voters at SprayFoam.com to provide the best customer service in the country.  Mason Knowles Consulting and SprayFoam.com sponsored the competition.  According to Mason Knowles, “the idea is to recognize and reward those dedicated individuals who go out of their way to provide technical help and assistance to their clients that made their business more prosperous and efficient.”

Four candidates were selected from a pool of nominees identified by SprayFoam.com forum readers.  (George Spanos, Bob Jutras, John Thompson and Frank Sica)  Rules were simple; the award is open to any person who has provided exceptional customer service that makes the life as a contractor better. Service recognition can be from any category such as equipment, to chemical sales rep to the folks in the office or the warehouse. The award is geared toward anyone who can get your spray rig working again to getting a code official to accept your material. 

After several months of online nominations and voting and over 320 votes cast, Frank Sica led the race from start to finish. George Spanos of Sprayfoam Distributors of New England, came in a close second with John Thompson in Third.  Notably, this is George Spanos’ second year in a row taking the number two spot.

So Congratulations to Frank Sica; Mason Knowles’ Customer Service Rep of 2011.

Note:  Frank will be presented with a certificate and a $200 gift certificate to the restaurant of his choice.
