American WeatherStar Roofing Conference Scheduled for this Week
POINT CLEAR, ALABAMA - January 12, 2011 -- American WeatherStar will be hosting their 2011 spray foam and coatings meeting from February 16-18 at the Marriott Grand Hotel & Resort on Mobile Bay in Point Clear, AL. The event is geared toward companies that have an interest in becoming an AWS dealer.
The seventh annual event will be comprised of both classroom and hands on training. The hands on training will provide time to work with AWS’ coatings and foam equipment while the classroom time will be spent primarily on the marketing and advertising programs offered by AWS such as their co-op marketing program.
Brian O’Donnell of AWS explains this marketing program: “We differentiate ourselves by prospecting for leads for our dealers. We have a staff of telemarketing professionals who work the phones daily to help find new leads and continue the follow-up process for our dealers. Our marketing programs are designed to put our dealers in touch with prospects, and we spend time at the sales meeting showing past results of this initiative as well as getting input from our dealers on what is effective and what’s not.”
AWS provides food and entertainment for the course of the event, including a group dinner at the historic Battle House Hotel on Friday night and a Mardi Gras parade in beautiful Mobile, AL. AWS has obtained a special room rate of just $149.00 + applicable taxes for attendees, but there are a limited number of rooms available at this rate, so they encourage attendees to reserve a space as soon as possible.
