  • Volunteers Needed for RICOWI Investigation Following Hurricane Ian

    The Storm Investigation Program (SIP) leaders have sent an Advance Team to Cape Coral area to do preliminary research to determine if a formal investigation needs to be launched. The RICOWI, Inc. Board of Directors has approved an investigation, should it be determined to deploy.
