| Comments | Our HOA operates a small wastewater treatment plant for use by the 151 residential homes here in the neighborhood. Our clarifier tanks have developed leaks over years of corrosion. We're currently dewatered on one-half of our plant and looking for options toward rehabilitating the facility in order to meet full capacity treatment. The plant itself is designed for a total of 50k gallons/day. I do not yet have access to area measurements but working on that. |
