Not sure if this helps but I dug this up real quick.

And this...

DOW™ SPF Roof System

Sustainable and lightweight, the DOW™ Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roof System provides superior R-value, improved foam and coating yields, and excellent wind uplift performance. The system includes site-applied STYROFOAM™ Brand SPF Insulation, a two-component spray-applied polyurethane foam insulation* that creates a seamless, monolithic barrier for protection against water and air. The foam is then coated with either an acrylic latex coating or a silicone coating with a granule top layer.

When designed with the DOW™ Spray Polyurethane Foam (SPF) Roof System white acrylic coating, the Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) of the roof will far exceed the LEED requirements to reduce the heat island effect. The acrylic coating has a reflectivity rating of 0.85 and an emissivity rating of 0.89.

In order to assign specific LEED points for a project a LEEDS authorized specifier would need to evaluate the design. SPF applications provide additional insulation and air barriers. SPF roofing systems can provide cool roof rating points and reduction of waste material when installed over existing roof coverings.

If using a bio based resin, SPF applications can take that credit as well.
