hurricane damage
I have a flat metal roof with isoboard and bitumen felt outside and foam to the underside. I am not sure what type of SPF it is. The roof was damaged in Hurricane Mathew and water got through the roof & foam to the inside of the building. The roof has been repaired. My question is does the foam have to be replaced? The building is in the Bahamas

Hi there! If the foam is not in a good condition after the damage, then I think it must get replaced. You can also take the help of a contractor and carry out the inspection in order to see that foam need to be replaced or not. Things that got damaged due to water needs to be replaced quickly otherwise it causes the problem of mold in the house. Few days back, my cousin's home got damaged due to water which causes the growth of mold in the home because of which she called water damage adjuster(http://allclaimsusa.com/water-damage-boca-raton-fl) for filing a claim and getting repairs done.
