Low closed cell content biofoam!
We have developed a biofoam formula in lab and have tried several combinations of concentrations of different compounds, A/B ratio, temperature, low mixing, no mixing... Every time we get a closed content of higher than 90% in the lab. As soon as we spray the same formula at the same temperature with a E-30 Graco, our closed cell content drops to 70-80%. Have tried several temps and pressures. It seems like nothing works!
