From .5lb OC to 3lb CC - Flush Proportioner?
If so, with what?

Simply push one product into the lines behind the other. The two resins will have a different color, although sometimes slight, theywill be different. You can do this with just the drum pumps while releasing what is in the line back into the drum. Flushing the system is a bad idea. It could contaminate your lines for good. Remember to first swap product in recirculation lines if youre using them.

It is better to have a dedicated rig for open and closed cell foam.

But, if not, be careful when using the different foams. Some B sides are not compatible with other types of B sides.

Mix a little of the 2 chemicals together and see if their is any reaction (such as particles forming or the material gumming up).

If there is no reaction, you can load up the new material right after the old. But, remember there will be a some material that is half open and half closed cell foam. This material typically makes garbage foam with poor cell structure, dimensional stability and high potential for lingering odors. This material should not be sprayed on the job. Depending on the hose length and diameter, it can vary from a few quarts to a couple of gallons of material.

SPFA has a tech tip on this subject that I helped to write. Go to spray foam.org and their technical pages to download it.
