| Comments | Do you do silicone coatings too? I own a home at 1923 Uluwehi Pl, Honolulu (Manoa) 96822. I have a relatively flat portion of my roof (approx. 170 sq ft) where I will be installing a solar array, and I want to restore and coat it with a premium silicone roofing system, or similar if you advise otherwise. I would be open to restoring and coating the *entire roof* as well if it made sense to do so before the solar gets installed.Could you please provide:Scope of work for the surface prep (pressure wash, remove cut-out damaged membrane, tape/seam reinforcement, etc)Coating system details: brand (e.g., GacoRoof / GacoFlex silicone or other premium/warrantied brand), number of coats, film thickness, manufacturer’s warranty (material) and your labor/workmanship warranty.Confirmation that your installers are factory-trained/licensed applicators for the coating system (if so please attach certificate or training documentation).References / photos of completed similar-sized flat-roof coating jobs in the Honolulu area (ideally within last 2-3 years).Whether the solar rail/mounting penetration interface is included and how you’ll flash/seal around them so the warranty remains valid.
