| Comments | We got a quote already but want a 2nd one to compare it to. It's a 4800 SF bldg but it's 1200 SF office with attached garage/wh space so he separated that 1200 SF office space out into it's own price in case we only wanted to do the office portion. Quote says: Clean & Prep the metal deck for new app of polyurethane foam. 2" BASF to the deck tapering at edge. 1.5 gal per 100 sf of Diathon Base Coat with granules embedded. 1.5 gal per 100 sf of white Diathon top coat. Clean and detail work aera haul away debris. 10 yr no leak warranty. (4) new 4x8 skylights furnish * install on wood curb (please break out skylight pricing I have another guy that may do that separately. Also there was an adder price for 1" extra poly foam if you want to price that? |
