Terry Adams Posted: Jun 12, 2009 11:35 PM	Winter Blends Anybody tried spraying winter blends in the summer. What might be the repercussions’ hard to spray, can't be sprayed, bad foam that might have to be removed, etc. Thanks

Typically results would be a lower density foam, blowholes and pinholes in the foam, rough, popcorn type surface profile and a pattern that is very hard to adjust. Also the foam would have a higher exothermic heat reaction within the foam during its rise and initial cure time, could lead to problems down the road (poor cell structure, cracks, fissures and foam shrinkage)
