"Stiffed" Update
The lein papers went to the process server today.I will let y'all know how it goes. |

In February of this year, I was "stiffed" by a homeowner that thought she could simply refuse to pay me. So,I filed a lein on her house. I did it by myself, no lawyers involved. Last week, I got a call from a title company telling me when I could pick up my check. All along, I was skeptical about whether this would work, but it did!! |
