spray dots on black roof
Good Day all , I recently had my house insulated and soon after discovered blue dots on my black roof ( overspray ) , but the foam salesman warned me to have the countless gaps and holes sealed before installation but there were so many I must not have done a good enough job . The job was terrific and the installer was even being extra careful around said areas but this stuff works so great at filling any nook and cranny that it expected to reach the great outdoors ( i wouldn't let the young lad on the roof to cover it because it is a very steep slope )..
Anyhow do you boys know how to get it off without replacing the shingles .
Thanks in advance , I prefer not to contact the spray company about the matter and get the young lads in any trouble .

Sprayfoam degrades when exposed to UV over time. The overspray will turn orange and then will turn into a powder. This will take a few months. After that the roof can be cleaned to remove the remaining foam overspray.
