Roofing guns
What gun appears to have the best spray pattern for foam. I'm working with a guy that is using the GX-7? gun and having a ton of trouble with the guns. They are switching out guns every half hour or so. He likes the pattern better but seems like sacrificing a little pattern for production would make more cent$. We're spraying BASF 348 winter grade with a 20/35Pro. Is anyone using a Fusion or P2 with any success?

The best place for a GX-7 is the bottom of the Biscayne Bay (my opinion).

P2 and hurry,

Olger,
What machine are you spraying with? I'm using an H20/35Pro(2500psi). I'm going to crank my rig up and spray with the P2 and see how things go vs their GX7.

Where do you have your pressures set?
What chamber and tip are you using?
Is it a round tip or fan?

We have built several rigs w/the 20/35 Pro and use Fusion guns,They are the easiest to use & maintain.
Plus the fusion has several options for pattern control from round tip chambers to flat to wide to extensions.

We use that Big Red machine known as MH. 45-lbs per minnit.

Also have a Guardian A5 (toy) and a
303-Raider (not bad).
