Foams for High Temp Applications
Mason,

I know that most spray foams can be in contact with surfaces that reach 200 degrees but not consistantly. I have a job where I need to insulate a dryer that can get up to 300 degrees. Cost doesnt matter. How would you insulate it.

You need to wrap the dryer with another high temperature tolerant insulation (fiberglass, foamglass, etc) and then spray it with foam. The insulation against the hot surface should keep the foam from reaching the hotter temperatures.
