Michael Moore Posted: Aug 30, 2007 12:51 PM	E - 20 Problem My E-20 will be spraying fine,and then all of the sudden pressure from both sides will drop down to 0 as if I had parked the machine. I go back to the truck and turn it on again and it works fine. Not sure what the problem is here? Also when starting the E-20,the B side pressure will go up to about 1500 and I will then relieve pressure to get it back down to around 900 like the A side. Once this is done the E-24 will go away but will return once we stop spraying for a prolonged period of time. Though the pressures still remain equal. I have problems with E-24 everyday. Took it to the shop and they replaced the transducer. Not sure what else could be the problem. Any ideas?

It is not unusual for them to come loose over time due to shipping or traveling in your trailer/truck. I had a problem with my heaters shutting off randomly. I checked all the connections, none seemed to be lose but I have not had the problem since. The E-20 runs everything on electricity so it is crucial you have clean consistent power for it to operate properly. Tim Granite State Spray Foam Co.

Turns out when someone was switching out material (to a new supplier) they left the heaters on. When you do this the two different types of material can react to the heat upon contact and cause blockage. Thanks again
