Bonus, Profit Sharing
have a key man. I pay him top wage, but would prefer higher compensation in the future is tied to profitability of the company. Would like to bonus him quarterly. What is the best way to do that. I assume a percentage of net profit per quarter. Any ideas?

Quarterly bonuses may be hard to determine. Call backs on jobs may take 3-6 months to develop depending on the type of work you do.
