-30 Spray Gaco U-8782?
Will our E-30 spray Gaco Western Gaco U-8782 polyurea?

If so, we've been told that it won't once we've spray foam with it, is that correct?

It is very difficult to flush out polyurea from your pumps and hoses sufficiently enough to run you foam through it. When I was General Manager at UCSC in the early 90s, we had a demo foam rig that we would use for both foam and polyurea. Eventually we got a dedicated unit for the foam and the polyurea because the flushing process was such a pain.

With material costs so high for both materials, it is best to go with a 2nd rig unless it is a once or twice a year type of situation.

As always contact your supplier for their recommendations on flushing the unit.

Ok thanks.

What proportioner would you recommend for small to mid size polyurea?
