| Comments | Dear Sales Team, YAM TECH LLC is requesting an itemized, lump-sum quotation for a commercial metal-building insulation project in Cache, Oklahoma 73527. Project Scope: Building Dimensions: Approximately 135' L × 36' 9" W, with a 16' eave height and 19' roof peak. Insulation: Furnish and install closed-cell polyurethane spray foam throughout the interior. Walls: Install to R-15, including inside and around wall girts. Roof: Install to R-30 on the underside of metal roof panels and within purlins. Air Sealing: Seal framing, purlin gaps, structural members, doors, windows, utility penetrations, and other air-leak locations. Thermal Barrier: Apply a white, code-compliant intumescent thermal/ignition-barrier coating over the completed spray foam. Overhead Doors: Insulate nine overhead doors to approximately R-12 using pre-cut foam panels: Three doors: ~14' × 10' Six doors: ~12' × 10' Door Modifications: Protect overhead-door windows and upgrade/replace door springs as necessary to handle the additional weight. Please confirm if your company will self-perform this spring work or use a qualified subcontractor. Electrical & Plywood: Label, remove, protect, and reinstall existing plywood and electrical components as needed. Replace any cut plywood with suitable 3/4-inch plywood. Prep & Protection: Clean and prepare all metal surfaces (removing dirt, moisture, oils, rust, etc.). Protect lights, floors, doors, windows, equipment, and surrounding surfaces from overspray. Safety & Logistics: Provide required ventilation until off-gassing dissipates. Provide all labor, supervision, materials, lifts, equipment, transportation, protective coverings, disposal, and cleanup. Please include the following with your quotation: 1. Itemized pricing for spray foam, thermal coating, overhead-door insulation, spring work, prep, and equipment. 2. Proposed manufacturers and products for both the spray foam and the intumescent coating, including technical data showing the R-value per inch. 3. Installer certifications, qualifications, and product/workmanship warranties. 4. Estimated mobilization and completion schedule, including confirmation that the work can be completed within 90 calendar days of authorization. 5. Proof of general liability and workers’ compensation insurance. 6. Confirmation of your ability to comply with prevailing-wage requirements. 7. Confirmation of your ability to provide payment/performance protection equal to the contract value. 8. Clearly stated exclusions, assumptions, and payment terms. 9.
