| Comments | The square footage is an estimate for the walls and ceiling of a newly built garage. I believe it's 22x24x10. One wall has drywall, the other 3 walls are open still. The ceiling is finished on the bottom, open on the top in the attic. Obviously the garage door and three 36" doors affects the square footage. Walls are 3.5" (2x4s). I am not in a hurry to get it done, but I would like to have an idea of the cost. Not sure which is right for a garage, open or closed cell. |
