spray foam
I would like some comments on spray foam in general. I know this might be a loaded question but what is the best spray foam on the market.

The best spray foam is the kind that is on-ratio, sticks to the substrate and is professionally applied.

In general terms, I believe that closed-cell foam has a slight edge over open-cell foams. But, a place exists for both kinds.

have fun,

Olger has it right. As for brands, well how many ways can you make polyurethane foam using the same equipment? Really the actual brand makes little to no difference for the clients. It has slight variations and what the sprayer likes best and is used to is what you want.

Foam is foam per brand differences and both open and closed cell have their places and uses. No matter what though, they beat anything else hands down. I started in foam because after researchign the heck out of all kinds of insulation I became convinced in it and how much better it is than anything else.
