Sample Work Orders Anyone?
Any Roofing Contractors Reading This?Our SPF Roofing company is trying to delegate more of our work to our applicator to improve our efficiency. Currently our owner needs to be on-site for much of the job set-up and does project visits every day to make sure things are running smoothly. We currently have no documentation that helps us get out of this mode. Do you have any sample work orders that SPF roofers use to document step by step what they want done. I would love to share this with our owner so that when he conducts an initial site-visit, he can draw up the plans and have our applicator implement the job. Yes I do, but it is copyrighted and availalble only to my clients. I provide one to every contractor that I visit. |
