Peel off lens covers? type of respirators used?
Hey yall, Just wondering what type respirators you are using and where you are purchasing the peel off lens covers. These seem to cost a small fortune at the end of a month of heavy spraying. Not complaining mind you about the work, just looking to see if I may reduce the OH a little.

Thanks in advance for the input.

ALLEGRO SELLS A PRETTY GOOD SELECTION OF RESPIRATORS AND AIR MOVING EQUIPMENT, ASK YOUR SALES REP. IF YOU CAN GET A PRICE BREAK ON PEEL OFFS IF YOU BUY IN BULK.

I use the advanz lens covers with good results. You get about 33 advanses each @ $10 each. About 33 cents per frame.

I found a great way to keep my mask clean today. I bought this product called Let-Loose. I spray it on my lens cover(not to much or it fogs up) and when it gets covered I just rub the cover with my cotton glove.. It works great. Sprayed all after noon today with just one cover and I was spraying CC..

Allegro has great air system. 3m has full face respirators and sells lens covers. Talk to your local safety supply guy. CPI sells allegro systems and covers you can find them on the net at cpifoam.com. If you have any technical questions talk to Tyson. Tell him Darren sent you.

Hey Yes,
Where did you find "Let-Loose" product. I've been looking for some type of foam release spray.
Thanks.

STFI,
Let-Loose, 1-888-949-9089. Works great on the gun too, especially the tip. It is expensive at $ 15 a can but I believe worth the cost.. I would love to have it analyzed and copied but that costs money too... If you ever find something similar and cheaper let me know, Thanks.

BSNA - P******nix carries all types of peel-offs, Allegro, Bullard, and also the Advanz line of covers. We also carry a line of mold release, won't work for the respirators, but will work for the studs.
