Foam Repairs
What is the best and most cost effective way to repair broken foam blisters and stretch marks?

Where? Roof, cooler, house, side of a building? I am assuming it is a roof. If you are taking the rig to the site, cut out the blisters, foam them and grind them down. Then spray another pass to smooth them out. It depends on how many blisters there are. If you sprayed off ratio or on moisture the blisters will keep showing up. If it is a R245 that you are doing a repair on, I would suggest cutting out the blisters and using a patch compound.
