Flat spray patterns w/p2
what does everybody use for a flat spray pattern? My p2 does ok but needs continuous cleaning like every hour. I spray only 2lb foam and it clogs quickly.

What procedure do you use to clean it every hour?

I got tired of cleaning my flat tip and went back to round. Too bad, because when they are new and clean, they spray great.

With practice, you will find that you can spray just as good with the round pattern.

Citrex is a product made from oranges and is supose to be good for cleaning spf equipment, but it does't work very well. I love the flat tip when it isn't pluged it really puts down a nice layer. I have used the round tip for over a year but after you use a flat tip you get to see how sweet life can be. If I can get the plugging problem solved I would used the flat much more on metal buildings. I am going to play with my temps to try to resolve this. anybody else have experience with this.
