beginner question
I am interested in getting into spray foam bussiness and I am trying to get some costs information.

Can someone tell me how many square feet (1 inch thick) can be applied with a set of 2 drums of material.

It depends on the foam you are using. Open cell has a much higher yield that closed cell. There are many variable that will also contribute to the yield (foam density, temperature, installer experience, substrate etc). Generally 1/2# open cell will yield about 15K board feet per set, and 2# closed cell with yield about 4K board feet per set.
