Starting Monday, OSHA's new PPE standard will require construction employers to provide properly fitting safety gear for workers. The rule applies to all PPE, including hard hats, gloves, goggles, and harnesses, and aims to prevent secondary hazards and ensure maximum protection. Employers must ensure a variety of sizes and types of gear are available, particularly to accommodate diverse body types. read more
