| Comments | Good morning. We are working with a residential client whose low-sloped roof has failed due to bulk water intrusion and condensation issues on their modern home. The home has multiple intersecting low sloped roof volumes that would make integrating a typical commercial roof build up with rigid insulation/air barrier/coverboard quite complicated and labor-intensive (not to mention some of the home features an exposed T&G structural deck), and we think that a spray foam roof is the right option here. This is probably a substantially smaller project than what your company is used to doing, but please let us know if you are able to assist.
