Approx. 4,700 sq ft (floor + walls) Currently bare/aged concrete (70yrs old) Subject to freeze-thaw and hydrostatic pressure from lake levels in spring Scope includes surface prep, crack repair, and application of a polyurea or polyaspartic coating system suitable for submerged use. The job would need to be completed by June 15th at the latest in order to not delay opening and programing.
