Open cell that dosent need to be mixed
Well...after the closure of CPi. Can anyone tell me if there is another open cell foam mfg, where the B side dosent need to be mixed? I have a rig that is gravity fed and it is much easier if i do not have to deal with the mixing.

It is my understanding that all open cell water blown foam will separate if left setting for any length of time and this will reduce yield if it isn’t mixed.

With that said I have found that the bio based foams don’t work well if they aren’t mixed frequently and I use LaPolla they say it only needs to be mixed for 15 minutes before use but I find I get better yields if I run the mixer constantly.

Hope this helps

We distribute an open cell that does not need to be mixed. More important than that, it has high yield, good adheasion to itself, minimal voids, and sprays fantastic. Call or email me for specs and pricing.

Earthfoam out of Dubuque, Iowa clearly states on their literature that no agitation is needed. Check it out.
