Hi Mason,I was wondering if you could reccommend any good books/manuals that offer a comprehensive guide to spray foam roofing. I want to help train my staff (i.e. receptionist, etc.) on more of the details of what goes into a spray foam roofing job. Specifically, I am looking for any material that describes deck prep...what needs to be done with different existing roofs to make them spray-ready. Any good books you want to share with the forum? Check out SPFA's technical guidelines on SPF roofing, AY 104 and AY 142, Substrate Evaluation (available at sprayfoam.org) Also, NRCA's Low Slope Roofing Manual's section on SPF roofing. ASTM D 5469,Standard Guide for SPF Roofing, I haven't finished my book on SPF applications yet. But I will let you know when it is available. |
