existing homes with no insulation
I want to insulate old homes that currently have zero insulation. Is there a nozzle that will connect to the fusion gun that can spray 1/2lb foam into drilled holes on the exterior side of the stud walls? I'm hoping to drill holes smaller then 1". I'm thinking 3 holes per stud cavity.

You can try that, but you run the risk of blowing walls out. I install and recomend a product like insulsmart from cfi foam. It works really well and you only have to put in one hole per cavity. If you do a search on this forum you will find many conversations about this type of application. Or you can just call me and I will fill you in.

Blow walls out with 1/2 pound foam? Are you serious?
How much more $ is this insulsmart? (Compared to a set of 1/2 lb)
Where can I get an attachment for the fusion to do this?

Thanks
