Brush Wear Maintenance
I have a Graco E30 that recently displayed code e29 (brush wear maintenance).
Is this a minor maintenance item or could it turn into a big deal...??
I haven't noticed any difference in operation, it is about 3.5 years old and has sprayed about 30 to 40 sets.
I'm also interested in hearing from anyone with a machine other than Graco...
Also, was this maintenance completed at a standard repair facility or other?
Thanks.

It's not a difficult repair. The hardest part is removing the "A" side pump pin so you can seat the brushes after installation (this is a must, don't skip this step). Follow the manual step by step and you should have no problems. A good tip is to remove the fan shroud so you can get to the bottom brush. It's only 4 screws and it comes right off.
