Air Dryer @ Cooling Coils
I purchased an air dryer, but it can't keep up in high humidity. In my area 70% - 90% humidity can be normal for weeks on end. From my understanding to cool air it needs distance. I thought of building a copper cooling coil. It would be installed after the air compressor and before the air dryer. Would this cool the air enough so the air dryer does not have to work as hard?

Do you have a piston type air dryer? If so, it needs to have an aftercooler on it. Either that, or you have to oversize your ref air dryer. Not sure about the copper coil, interesting idea though. You would essentially be building your own aftercooler.
