Reactor 3 won't park
I recently purchased a Graco reactor 3. Great machine lots of nice features. I upgraded from a reactor 2 so am quite familiar with the operation. My previous unit I would just park through the gun which would drop the system pressure to under 200 psi and bottom out the pumps. The new 3 seems to want to see 0 pressure before bottoming out the pumps. Doing this through the gun is messy and I'm afraid of crossover. Does anyone else have experience with this? Thanks Layton

Yeah, that’s normal on the Reactor 3. it’s more sensitive about fully relieving pressure. Most guys don’t dump through the gun for that reason and instead use the pressure relief/park valves at the machine to bring it to zero cleanly and avoid crossover mess. |
