SPRAY FOAM MAGAZINE – Spray Foam Magazine is proud to launch our Late Summer issue brought to you by Enverge Spray Foam. As the intense heat gradually subsides, rooftops and crawl space projects also become a little more manageable. However, let's be honest, it’s still sweltering outside. To help you endure these long, hot days, take a break, and read the newest edition of Spray Foam Magazine, filled with valuable insights and inspiration.

Spray Foam Magazine recently caught up with Austin-based BioTex Foam after a demanding job in Corpus Christi, Texas. Tasked with applying closed-cell foam and a thermal barrier inside two cryptocurrency server buildings, the crew worked under extreme heat. Despite the conditions, they stayed focused, avoided shortcuts, and delivered high-quality results demonstrating their professionalism and resilience under pressure.

To escape the heat, we ventured to a long-range radar tower in remote Alaska. Paul Broderson, co-owner, and partner of Polyseal Insulation shared that his team had previously worked on military radar domes and barracks facilities in secluded regions of Alaska, so they were undaunted by this exciting new project.

After bidding farewell to our friends in Alaska, we traveled to Canada in search of an intriguing agricultural story. We found one at a Canadian grain and cattle operation, which enlisted Fast Group of Companies’ Fast Foam division to reinforce the walls and roof of their newly constructed outbuilding. We asked them, "Why SPF?"

Artificial intelligence is making significant strides in modernizing the spray foam industry. We talk to Beyond Group CEO Curt Janzen and learn that customers are not avoiding human interaction they just want to control when it happens. Reach out too soon, and you lose them. Wait too long, same result. Timing is everything and that’s where AI shines. Because in this industry, intelligence isn't artificial, it's strategic.

The Lawrences have called the Las Vegas area home since Dennis and Michelle Lawrence founded Black Canyon Roofing over 30 years ago. In our fun feature “All in the Foamily,” we chatted with five family members currently working for the company about a day in the life of the Lawrences. With a "work hard, play hard" mentality, they are a truly inspiring and enjoyable group.

The SFMT loves engaging with industry professionals, so we were thrilled to speak with Robin Pence, a Bad Ass Woman in the spray foam sector with two decades of experience and a reputation for unwavering determination. We discussed the past, the future, and the importance of perseverance.

In our events section, amid all the exciting happenings in the industry, be sure to save the date: March 22, 2026, for our SprayFoam 2026 Welcome & Contractor of the Year Reveal Party in Las Vegas. All of this and so much more can be found in the latest issue of Spray Foam Magazine!
