Coating Description
100% solids, 2 components, spray applied, pure polyurea elastomer. OR80SLM is a tough, rapid set; high build coating that is, VOC compliant and moisture tolerant. This coating performs with superior reflective qualities for cool roofing systems. Superior UV resistance and Miami Dade

Waterproofing Color
Aluminum, dark gray, black, brown, green, custom colors are also available
Chemical Resistance
Good hydrolytic stability to 300˚ F. Good resistance to inorganic bases, acids and hydrocarbon solvents. Fair resistance to oxygenated and chlorinated solvents. For higher chemical resistance use OR70SS

A 110-gallon kit consists of two (2) 55 gallon drums

12 months in unopened containers when stored in a dry location
at 50-90º F (10-32º C)

Application Data
Substrate must be sound, clean and free of dirt, debris and other contaminates. Oak Ridge Foam & Coating Systems, Inc. primers are used on most substrates. No primer is needed for newly applied or cleaned foam OR811 or OR611 primer is recommended for bare metal, old foam, concrete, build up roofs, wood and EPDM. Don not apply below 35° F(1.7°C)
Coverage- 3,500 feet per set
Thoroughly mix Part B of OR80SLM prior to use and continue to mix. Care should be exercised to prevent cross contamination of the A & B.
Application Equipment
High pressure (2500PSI) plural component proportioning equipment with plural component spray gun. Minimum barrel temperature, 70º F and rising. Minimum machine temperature 160º F, minimum machine pressure, 2200 psi. Spray tip requirement .01 or .02 size.
