    Texas Foam Insulators is based in Willis, TX and they have such a grand reputation, they even have builders out of state that will only use them and insist on paying for the crew’s travel fees. Texas Foam Insulators is owned by Aubrey Hall, but the day-to-day running of the business is handled by general manager Mike Ladyman. Lead sprayer Stephan Cummings describes Ladyman as, “One of the best employers I have ever worked with. He definitely deserves credit for the company running so smoothly.” read more

    The Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance is pleased to announce that the SprayFoam Convention and Expo is returning in 2022. After taking a pandemic-related hiatus (like most big events this year), the Sprayfoam 2022 Convention and Expo will be held February 28th through March 3rd in San Antonio, Texas.   • The Heat is On

    A heated driveway has a similar concept to underfloor heating—tubes that run beneath the surface. Warm water and usually some kind of antifreeze is then forced through the tubes to keep the driveway at the perfect temperature and thus preventing the accumulation of snow and ice with the driveway being kept at a temperature just above freezing. The tubing usually goes through a boiler, often situated in the garage, and helps maintain a consistently warm temperature. read more
